High Gain PWM Method and Active Switched Boost Z-source Inverter With Less Voltage Stress on the Devices

This article presents a new circuit topology for high voltage gain active switched boost quasi Z-source inverter (qZSI) and pulsewidth modulation (PWM) technique. The higher boosting capability with lower number of elements, the continuous source current, less stress across devices, having common ground are main advantages proposed structure. is twice that conventional capacitor-assisted qZSI (sCA-qZSI). Other benefits over sCA-qZSI reduction passive components shoot-through current. Compared to inductor qZSI, has output also while it fewer (one inductor, two diodes, but one more capacitor). factor than classic ones. Besides, PWM technique proposed, which can be applied any types inverters. Both simulation experimental results under examined validate their operation.
